Description (taken from the menu): Reuben: Slowly roasted corn [sic] beef served on grilled rye bread with Swiss cheese, Thousand Island dressing and sauerkraut.
Sandwich presentation: The sandwich was served on a plate with a small pickle slice. The sandwich was on thinly sliced bread, cut diagonally and stacked stylishly. The top half of the sandwich had a toothpick through it. The sandwich had Swiss cheese on the bottom slice of bread, followed by sauerkraut, thousand island dressing, corned beef, and a second slice of Swiss cheese beneath the top slice of rye.
