Reuben Sandwich: Sliced corned beef and melted swiss cheese piled onto grilled rye bread and stuffed with sauerkraut. Served with pickle and Kraft 1000 Isle dressing on the side.
The sandwich was cut diagonally and served on a wooden plate next to a small cup of thousand island dressing. The sandwich was on thin grilled, buttered rye, with corned beef against the bottom slice, topped with sauerkraut and then Swiss cheese under the top slice of rye.
