After consulting with the elders and several of you regarding travel conditions, we've decided it would be best to cancel services today in Lafayette. Most of those who would have to travel some distance stated that roads are in fairly bad condition, and in some cases impassible. We also checked with the Indiana Homeland Security Department, and they had warnings out that only essential travel should be done in Tippecanoe, Clinton and Hamilton counties.
Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on February 13.
Our annual variety show will be held after a potluck meal on February 13. Please contact Katherine Rowland if you have an act or want to help out.
We are planning to have a deacons and elders meeting after services on February 20. It will be held in the Ross Room about 1/2 hour after services. The meeting is open to anyone who would like to come; primarily we will be discussing upcoming activities and the changeover from our previous church council structure.
Our final Family Christian Club of the season will be held after services the Sabbath of March 13.
